A refundable breakage deposit of AED 3,000 (three thousand dirham’s) is payable on your arrival at the time of check in. You are responsible for taking all reasonable care of the apartment and its contents. Except in the case of normal wear and tear you are responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents during your stay which has occurred due to the negligence, wilful default or irresponsible behaviour on the part of yourself or those occupying the apartment or their guests.
